POC and R2P: Commonalities and Differences

During July 2021 Global Centre Deputy Executive Director, Savita Pawnday, and Research Director, Jaclyn Streitfeld-Hall, published an article on the interlinkages between the Protection of Civilians (POC) and the responsibility to protect (R2P). The article was featured in CoESPU Magazine, a product of the Center of Excellence for Stability Police Units (CoESPU) in Vincenza, Italy, responsible for education and training police units for UN peacekeeping missions.
