On 6 April Global Centre Research Director, Jaclyn Streitfeld-Hall, spoke regarding the risks of atrocities in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique on Al Jazeera’s The Stream. Ms. Streitfeld-Hall focused on increased attacks by assailants in the region as well as abuses by Mozambican security forces against the population, which may amount to possible war crimes and crimes against humanity.
