On 7 August Global Centre Program Manager, Nadira Khudayberdieva, was interviewed on the situation in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea or North Korea. The interview was centered around a recently-published Global Centre Atrocity Alert highlighting a report released by the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights detailing human rights violations against women who were detained after being forcibly returned to the country.
