R2P Monitor is a bimonthly bulletin applying the Responsibility to Protect lens to populations at risk of mass atrocities around the world. Issue 4 looks at developments in Syria, Sudan, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Libya, Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, Burma/Myanmar, South Sudan, Somalia and Central Africa (the Lord’s Resistance Army).
